Nellie Borrero, a Managing Director and Senior Global Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Strategic Advisor at Accenture. She is a specialist in inclusion, diversity, equity, and equality.

After joining Accenture in 1986, Nellie created the first role for Diversity efforts. She is now Accenture’s Global Inclusion & Diversity Senior Advisor Executive, holding a crucial leadership role. She is a driving force behind the company’s diversity initiatives. The program’s mission is to optimise Accenture’s ability to fulfil its vision and core values by creating an environment rich in diversity.

Nellie has received numerous honours and awards throughout her career for her contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
