KDPM Consulting Group Introduces KOFA AI: Transforming Leadership and Workplace Wellness through Inclusion

KDPM Consulting Group, led by inclusive leadership expert Karlyn Percil-Mercieca, is set to unveil KOFA AI, a transformative platform integrating artificial intelligence with human equity intelligence, at the AI Global South Summit in Saint Lucia from October 29th to 31st.

KDPM Consulting Group has announced the launch of KOFA AI, an innovative AI-powered, human-supported coaching platform designed to integrate emotional intelligence, cultural equity, and psychological safety as core skills for leaders and organisations. The platform will be officially unveiled by Karlyn Percil-Mercieca, CEO of KDPM Equity Institute, at the inaugural AI Global South Summit in Saint Lucia from October 29th to 31st.

Karlyn Percil-Mercieca, a respected Human Equity and Inclusive Leadership Coach, emphasised the importance of responsible AI in her vision for KOFA AI.
