Dinis Guarda interviews Daryn Smith, CEO of Huble, a CRM and creative marketing consultancy supporting businesses to implement and augment HubSpot, in the latest episode of his YouTube Podcast. The two discuss how businesses can be empowered with digital transformation and AI tools, in terms of marketing, creating content, and engaging with their customers. The podcast is powered by openbusinesscouncil.org and citiesabc.com.

Daryn Smith is a technologist, entrepreneur, and business strategist, who specialises in digital transformation and the integration of technologies in business. The CEO of Huble, Daryn leads the CRM and creative marketing consultancy that supports large and mid-market enterprises with the expertise to implement and augment HubSpot, as well as develop and execute creative marketing, sales strategy and websites.

“We work with companies, where we help identify strategies for marketing, sales, and services, facilitating businesses to grow and evolve. Being into marketing ourselves, we keep experimenting in different mediums and channels”, he told Dinis early during the interview.

Personalising the digital transformation journey with HubSpot

“The way we approach things is very much to work on a custom bespoke solution. We take time to understand the industry and the client needs, and then we strategise, and design a desired customer journey”, said Daryn.

What really enables this personalisation is the integration of Content Management Systems (CMS) with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms by HubSpot.

“What’s quite unique to HubSpot compared to many other CRM providers is they have not grown their functionality through acquisitions. Infact, every single HubSpot tool has been built on the same TechStack and so it works really well with the integration of CMS and CRM solutions”, Daryn told Dinis.

The integration enables real-time tracking and analysis of customer behavior, allowing companies to adapt their strategies on the fly. By leveraging CMS-CRM integration, businesses can automate personalized email campaigns, website content, product recommendations, and even customer support interactions.

The integration can empower businesses to access a comprehensive profile of each customer, including their preferences, past interactions, and purchase history. Armed with this knowledge, they can create dynamic and personalised content that caters to specific needs, ensuring that customers receive relevant information and offerings at every touchpoint.

Evolving with technologies: Facilitating businesses with a sentiment of innovation

In the fast-paced digital landscape, businesses must adapt and evolve with the latest technologies to remain competitive and foster a culture of innovation. Embracing innovative technologies is not merely an option; it has become a necessity for survival and growth. Forward-thinking companies are investing in artificial intelligence, data analytics, automation, and other cutting-edge tools to enhance their operational efficiency and customer experiences. These technologies provide valuable insights, streamline processes, and allow for data-driven decision-making, which is paramount in an increasingly data-centric world.

Moreover, embracing technological innovation is not just about staying ahead; it's about creating a sentiment of innovation within the organization. This culture of innovation encourages employees to think creatively, experiment with new ideas, and continuously seek ways to improve processes and products. It fosters an environment where calculated risks are welcomed, and failures are seen as stepping stones to success.

By staying abreast of technological advancements and fostering innovation, businesses can remain relevant and adapt to changing customer demands. They can personalize marketing strategies, improve product development, optimize supply chains, and enhance customer service, all while keeping a pulse on the evolving market dynamics. In the end, it's not just about adopting the latest gadgets; it's about cultivating a mindset of innovation that permeates every aspect of the business, from leadership to the frontlines. Such a culture is the driving force behind companies that disrupt industries and lead the way in the ever-evolving technological landscape.
